how to add liquid to a model

Hi
I am just started learning comsol
I am working on MEMS. I am working on glucose detection in blood, I need to add liquid in the blank space in the middle don't know how to proceed please give idea to make it possible.

Add material, you can use water, but change the viscosity to 0.003 Pa·s, i.e. thrice of that of water, and density to 1030 kg/m3. Assign that material in the empty area. What physics prevails there?
