About concentration in a simple semiconductor diode

I followed the steps to build a simple semiconductor diode using comsol. i was able to get the results but now i want to change the N (concentration) of electron and holes to be uniformly for each region (n and p). i know the concentration of electron and holes are define but the Gauss distribution so it not uniformly.
