Simulate half of photonic crystal fiber

Hey guys! I have a little bit confusion of using comsol. I want to simulate a cross-section of a photonic crystal fiber. However, because its scale, I only want to simulate half of the fiber section. How to setup a proper boundary condition so it can calculate correctly?
