membrane under stress

Hi!

I am calculating the eigen frequency of Si3N4 membrane. The membrane is 2mm * 2mm and the thickness is 50 nm. This membrane is fixed to the frame. Therefore, I fixed the four edges with fixed constraints. At this time, the stress applied to the membrane is 1GPa, but I do not know how to apply this to COMSOL. I've tried applying tension to the edge with a boundary load, but this doesn't change the result with or without tension. *Maybe I'm a beginner and don't know the basics well.
