error in stationary solver

I am modeling 3d capacitive accelometer , during simulation process i am getting the error :"out of memory in stationary solver". kindly can any one help me out .

Hi

you need to see how to simplify your model (less mesh, use symmetry ..., or the ther way buy more RAM or a larger computer. But check if you do not need a cluster, all depends how many DoF's you have selected, each require at least some 32-64 bits of RAM
