Problems in Calculating Heat Flow Using COMSOL

I used COMSOL to build an empty box model (the middle part is air), and there is a heat source with a constant temperature in the center of the box. I want to know the amount of heat that the box system conducts to the outside. I calculated the heat flux on the surface of the box, but I don't know how to use this data. Hope someone can give me some help, thanks.
