point constraints on PDE

Hi,

I'm trying to solve problem like evaluating displacements of cantilever bending with Weak form PDE of domain integral.

In 2D model, I want to constrain only x-dependent variable(displacement) in the specific point.
For example, on the condition of x-displacement = 0, y-displacement = free in the point(x,y)=(0,0.5),
I want to evaluate y-displacement in the point(0,0.5) and x-,y-displacement in other domain.

But I can't set to constrain only x-displacement in the specific point with Weak form PDE of domain integral.

Thanks a lot
