Hi, Recently, I am working on the plasmonic organic solar cell and want to obtain the J-V curves by using the COMSOL. I have to do optical and electrical simulation for organic solar cell device. Which physics should I use? Wave opticas and semiconductor? And how to coulple these two physics? Thanks in advance!
