Conditional constraint

Dear all,

I would like to impose a conditional constraint on the value of the unknown in a coupled problem (heat transfer+level set).

The problem can be summarised as follows. During the transient evolution of the system, the temperature reaches the fusion temperature in a specific zone and I would like to set the level set function to zero in this zone while letting it evolve freely in the rest of the domain.
