Electrical conductivity effect in piezoelectric studies

Hi, We are trying to simulate piezopotential in a thin film with varying top and bottom electrodes. We are using ZnO as a piezoelectric material, and gold and copper conducting electrodes. However, electrostatic model only consider the permittivity of all materials and output does not change based on conductivity. According to previous discussions on this forum, the relative permittivity of metal is either 1 or infinity. Is this the only way to introduce metal in a piezoelectric study? How to change electrodes and study the effect of electrical conductivity in "piezoelectric device" study?
