“Undefined value found” errors in semiconductor simulation

Hi,dear all.Thanks for attention.

I am getting errors when i tried to simulate using the semiconductor interface.

Undefined value found.
- Detail: Undefined value found in the equation residual vector.
There are 1 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.Ph.

Has someone also met the same problem? How to solve it,please.
