[need help] How to set a boundary condition with psai does not equal to zero?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I have constuct a 1D model with the general form, the function psai(x) which I needed must not be
vanished at the boundary x=1, how should I set the condition. Thanks alot. Do I need the weak constraint
to achieve the purpose?

Hi

I'm not sure I fully understand you.
For me you set the boundary condition i.e at x=1 such that you give a given value at this location (Dirichlet condition), or a "slope" (Neumann condition), or you can combine.

Now you say "should not vanish" do you mean any value different from 0 ?
I do not believe a logical condition will work here in the boundary conditions

Hope this helps
Good luck
Ivar
