Time-harmonic Stress

Is it possible to determine the time-harmonic stress for a mode of vibrating resonator using eigen frequency analysis? I would like to evaluate the stress at a particular point where the resonator is attached to a substrate. Or the average stress at that point using eginefrequency analysis can be considered to be time-harmonic stress for that mode of vibration? Thanks.
