Entering the conditions for each time step

I was wondering if there was a way for me to input all the solution from another program into comsol.
Let me explain.
I want to model a fire's temperature distribution in FDS (Fire dynamic simulator).
Then i want to create the same geometry in comsol, and enter the solution from FDS (temperature various points) into the comsol model. Not just initial conditions but also for each time step.
Anyway to do this ?
