Benchmarking COMSOL Software on Computer Clusters
At the COMSOL Conference 2013, Winfried Geis delivered a keynote speech regarding the use of COMSOL software on computer clusters.
In the keynote video, Winfried will explain why and when it is beneficial to use the software on clusters. In particular, you will see why it is preferred to run COMSOL Multiphysics on clusters when solving optimization studies requiring 50 to 100 simulations and when solving big, comprehensive problems. Performance results exhibit that using COMSOL Multiphysics on clusters will solve larger problems at a faster rate, and Winfried will share some of these computing results with you in the keynote speech.
The video also features guest speakers Werner Krotz-Vogel of Intel and Anja Gandara Gil of ict Ag, a Fujitsu company. They will explain what roles their respective companies play in using COMSOL software on clusters.
Watch the keynote now to learn how easy it is to set up COMSOL Multiphysics in cluster environments, and find out how working with COMSOL on clusters can benefit your work.
