Rotating wave (restricted) flow around turbine blade

Hi,

I'd like to do a simulation of a single turbine blade with a rotating wave flow.
I'm fairly new to COMSOL, and I expect a problem.
If I need to select an inlet and outlet in the environment, how am I supposed to create a flow that rotates 360 degrees around the turbine blade?
Is there perhaps a good way to implement this?
