Hi all,

can someone tell me, if it is possible to trace the path of a charge particle in a given electric field using comsol 3.5?
If so how can go about doing it.

yes- start by writing down the equation of motion for the particle (e.g. m(dv/dt)=Fdrag+Felectric etc.) In post processing under particle tracking you can then specify your EOM and track the particle.
