evaluate the melting fraction

i am working with comsol 4.3b to model the heat transfer and melting of phase change material and i want to evaluate the pcm melting fraction (MF)
my geometry is a rectangle .
MF is calculated by taking a surface integral of the 2D system for every element having a temperature above melting temperature (Tm) and dividing by the total area .
MF= (∬〖area with (T>(Tm+dT/2)dx dy〗)/Atotale
I am a beginner in Comsol, so how can i evaluate the MF ???
