Water evaporation

I would like to simulate the evaporation of water. Assume I have a beaker of water which is heated from below with a constant thermal power, say 100 W. The water in the beaker becomes hot and from the top surface, some of it evaporates. What I would like to know is the amount of liquid water in the beaker as a function of time. I did some experiments with the heat transfer module and the "heat transfer with phase change", but I didn't find out how to simulate this (normally I'm doing electrical engineering so I don't even know the very exact terminology neither, please forgive me :-) ). I also didn't find an appropriate example in the application gallery.
Could someone give a few hints? many thanks in advance!
