related to the fatigue life estimation

I am doing research on severe plastic deformation so i want to know that if I am straining the same at different levels and I want to know the property change in all the samples and also want to know the fatigue life of the samples to figure out the optimum spd limit so is it possible in COMSOL?
I also want to draw SN curve by using comsol so is it possible?
