[Porous Media] Brinkman and Heat Transfer in porous media: how can I create a coupling?

I am a trying to simulate an aluminum foam radiator using COMSOL 5.1 Update 2. I have some trubles understanding how the multi psychics works.
I am using a 2D approach in the beginning. I set all the foam and fluid characteristics and I am able to run a study using only the the Brinkman equation and I get good results. I am simulating a basic and simple situation (uncompressible and laminar flow, steady study, ).
I would like to understand how I can couple the results of the Brinkman study (velocity and pressure) with the Heat Transfer Module. I am not sure abut how to do this. Reading the Heat Transfer User Guide, pag 76 "Model Input Based Coupling", I can understand that, in case of laminar flow, I can create a coupling based on the model input. Is this correct? Or should I use a non-isothermal flow multiphysics coupling?
I could I define the velocity and pressure inputs in the heat transfer interface (I set both of them to br so they are taken from the Brinkman interface).
Now, unfortunately, I can't understand how can I define the temperature model input in the flow interface. Can you help me?
