MOS Model

Hello,
I imported the Model MOSFET Transistor in Comsol 40a.
It runs, so normally it would be no problem, but i try to set up a familiar simulation about an AFM TIP over an Oxide smiconductor Probe. So My Question is:
In these Model the Voltage Drop over the Oxide i think it was not considered, why the modelller have this neglected?
