Fluid Structure Interaction with silicon

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I'm having some real problems with the fluid-structure interaction physics model in Comsol 4.0a. I'm trying to model a fluid flowing through a channel with a silicon structure in it, but when I add "silicon" as a material it has the red-stop sign on the dynamic viscosity value. When looking at the fluid-structure interaction physics drop down menu, the domain that is Silicon shows as "not applicable" on all settings.

It seems obvious I'm doing something wrong with the application of materials. I've looked throughout the site but everything I can find on the fluid-structure interaction models and documentation deal with Comsol 3.5, and that's handled rather differently through that.

Can anyone give me any advice on what I'm doing wrong with this?
