Undefined value found error

Hi
I'm trying to simulate a cantilever MEMS switch and only have two materials, gold and air. Until the 18.5 V I dont have any problems but when I increase it I get this error:
Undefined value found.


- Detail: Undefined value found in the equation residual vector.
There are 245 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable x.
at coordinates: (2.91337e-005,6.46741e-006,2.5e-006), (2.95669e-005,6.71759e-006,2.5e-006), (3e-005,6.96778e-006,2.5e-006), (2.91337e-005,5.46666e-006,2.5e-006), (2.95669e-005,5.71684e-006,2.5e-006), ...

Can someone please help me? It's really frustrating. What am I doing wrong?

This is not an actual error. When you reach the pull in voltage, the switch will hit the substrate so COMSOL cannot find a solution and returns error.
