Piezoresistor notation

Hello, I've recently been modelling piezoresitive cantilevers using Comsol, and I need to compare the simulated data of the piezoresistor change with the experimental one.
However, I do not see the physical meaning of the data given by pzrd.deltar1 to pzrd.deltar6. Is that a Voigt notation like:

R1-R6-R5
R6-R2-R4
R5-R4-R3

Thank you very much for your answers!

Yes, It is a Voigt notation as you assume. It is documented in the "Tensor Versus Matrix Formulations" section in the "Theory for the Piezoresistivity Interfaces" chapter.

Henrik

Thanks a lot for this answer, even if I haven't found the specified documentation yet.
Edit: now I've got it!

Best regards,

Sophie V.

Hello Mr. Sophie V,

i want to make a Piezoresistive cantilever then if you have really done it then share some steps that how can model it in proper manner. i am trying but there is so many error coming.

regards,
anand
