Load control creep testing with contact problem

I have a problem with load control creep testing with contact problem, I am doing indentation simulation of viscoelastic material, when I do displacement control relaxation testing is ok. But if I change to use load control creep testing which I use load not constraint in boundary settings together with time-dependent solver, the error come out.
Error:
Failed to find consistent initial values.
Size_vector_sparse_matrix_disagree
Last time step is not converged.
I appreciate any recommendation.
