AC Coil Problem

Good morning,
we are a group of students and try to simulate a conduction cooker.
But we have serious problems modeling the AC coil.
We are thankful for every hints or tips or a little example model we could use.
Normaly, such cookers work with 50-100 kHz and up to 3000 W´s.
