Moving Mesh for Transient Navier-Strokes Analysis

I am modelling the dynamics of a single microbubble in big water tank using comsol. I added moving mesh for the incompressible Navier-Strokes model. Because I want to represent the instantaneous volume using r, nr, nz due to the bubble vibration.
My question is regarding to this moving mesh: How to represent this volume? How can I get the settings work? Thank you!

I ve got a similar problem. A rotating dish with a fluid and a sphere, for now of wood, in it. But for calculating the buoyant force I need the the volume.
Any hint is welcome
