Transferring temperature data to next analysis

I want to know how I can transfer temperature field data.
I have a thermal-electrical and thermal-mechanical analysis. I don't want to perform the analysis in a coupled thermal-electrical-mechanical problem, because it takes too much time to solve.
I want to get the temperature field results from thermal-electrical analysis and then importing the temperature field data into the thermal-mechanical problem for each node and time.
how can it be done? Should it be done by defining steps?
