How to introduce nanoparticles(SPIONS) into microchannel along with the fluids?

Hi

I have been working in microfluidic mixer. I have used LAMINAR FLOW and TRANSPORT OF DILUTED SPEICES physics. I want to introduce some particles along with the fluid. I don know how to introduce the nanoparticles along with the fluid. The fluid which i used was water. The physics which i mentioned above does not show any option to add nanoparticles. How to introduce? whether i have to go for someother physics for adding particles?
