How to integrate normal flux in PDE mode?

With the "Heat transfer module" it is easy to calculate the flux
along a boundary.
The same should be possible in PDE mode,
to calculate a heatflux q=kn*grad(T)
but how to do that?
q=k*(nx*Tx+ny*Ty)
For a 2D problem?
(using ver. 3.5a)
