Inconsistency in solution of Eigenvalue PDEs

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,
I have a model which is contain two separate physics. First the electrostatic potential is solving then an eigenvalue PDE will solved (using electrostatic potential as a numerical variables such as "a" in Coefficient Form of PDE). Although first solution always give me quite same results ("V") but pressing compute button in second step of “study” (or in study number 2) did not give me same eigenvalues. I also exported "V" to MATLAB and I used MATLAB to compute the eigenvalues (with simple FD method). I got same results. It seems COMSOL has inconsistency in solution of eigenvalue PDEs?
Does anybody faced to such a problem?
How can I got the same results by repeating the computation?
