heat transfer and fluid flow in a tube ( heat & velocity problems )

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi guys,
I am working on a flow of helium in a rectangular tube and this tube is subjected to heat flux,
the problem here when the results come out the temperature distribution in about 7*10^5 degree Celsius and the same range in kelvin, also the velocity increased dramatically.

i used heat conjugate module and i used coupling of heat transfer module and flow module but the same results come out.

let me tell you about the main boundary conditions i used :
i used inlet temperature of fluid 300C - i put inlet condition pressure 8Mpa and outlet condition 7.98 Mpa- i used out flow and heat flux of 0.25*10^6 w/m^2 , i also used fluid and define my fluid region and define my fluid walls.

Now i want to know why the temperature range is so high like that.
any ideas please help, and waiting for your response.

yours sincerely
