I want to design a dielectric block inside circular waveguide.our model is not time dependent, only frequency dependent so i want to use RF module.so,can any one tell me how to interface metal and dielectric?

Sounds like a relatively-straightforward type of RF model. What kind of issue or problem is causing trouble? Use Comsol's tools for specifying geometry, material properties, and boundary conditions, to put the metal and dielectric into your model. Open and study some of the included RF module library examples to learn more.
