Permanent Magnet simulation on Glass and PDMS

Hello all,

I am trying to simulate magnetic flux density of NdFeB magnet patterned on glass in array of rectangles. This array is closed from top by PDMS lid which is bonded to another PDMS layer or rectangular hollow channel.
If anyone can help me with this simulation, I will be grateful to him/her. I don't know exactly how to simulate and add the properties of material? How should I simulate the magnetic flux density? I am using COMSOL 4.4.
