2D Rotating electrical machine, unturning magnetic flux direction

I'm studying a machine with permanent magnets in the stator and a solid iron rotor.
the rotor has 1 pair of pols and the stator has 2.
when i do a static study, there is now problem with the flux, but when I do a time dependent one the flux always closes through the starting poles, completely ignoring the magnetic reluctance of the materials.
I've already followed a tutorial on 2D machines step by step, adapting to my geometry, and still the problem remains.
Does anyone have and idea why this is happening?
