Problem with torque calculation

I'm trying to get the torque both on the stator and rotor of a 2D outrunner in a time dependent analysis, where I apply a prescribed velocity onto the rotor.
When doing this, the initial values at t=0 are fine. But then, there might be a problem with the coordinate systems or something, cause the results don't make sense (see plot from above in the jpg file).
When I apply the velocity onto the "stator", which it should only change the sign on the torques obtained in the previous case, it does work (see plot from below in the jpg). To see this on the Comsol file, run studies 1, 5, and 6 (the file with solutions was too big to attach).
Where's the bug? How can I fix this?
Thanks,
Josefina
