Kundts Tube with Thermoacoustics, Complex nummbers

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,
I have got a good working comsol model of the kundts tube. To get a value for the reflexion coefficient I need the acoustic pressure at two different points in the middle of the tube. But I also need the phase difference of the two points, or alternativly the acoustic pressure as a complex number.
How will Comsol give this information?
Thanks

Hello Tobias,

Did you tried the "Derived Values" option? With derived values you can display any physical values. It is also possible to apply mathematical operators to these values, like abs(), real(), imag() etc. Hope this will help you.
