ACEO MICROPOMP

I'm trying to simulate an ACEO micropomp. The micropomp has a rectangular domain with a pair of electrodes installed on its wall. A linear model of the micropomp requires solving Laplace and Stokes equations with periodic condition. However applying both equations in a periodic condition results in a non-convergent solution in my simulation. Is there any way to sort out the convergence issue?
