Continuous line integrals to describe concentration throughout a model

Hello,
I have a model which uses 'transport of diluted species' to find the final concentration of a specific chemical after reactions. I want to be able to quantify the concentrations THROUGH the y-axis (line integral) but at many points in the x-z-plane. I have previously been doing individual line integrals at key points in the model but a comprehensive solution would save me time and provide a much stronger result.
To reiterate my hard to describe goal: I want to do many line integrals to describe the total concentrations (through the model) of one chemical that an observer would see from high on the y axis. Does Comsol have features to support this?
Any advice is welcome.
Jack
