Hello,

I am trying to mesh my model dimension ranging from cm to um. I want the inside chip to be meshed really fine, as that is my point of interest and does not care much about other domains in my design.

I chose custom meshing really thin for my chip and extremely course for remaining domain.

Each time i simulate get an error out of memory factorization. Can some one help me in meshing this model or any ideas related to that? I have a limited memory of 12GB.
