Regarding geometry resolution

Hi,

I am building geometry of a wire 10 m long and with 1 mm radius. However, wire's shape is not cylindrical it is rectangular prism, even though I build cylinder. But when change the length of the wire to 0.1 m it becomes cylindrical. I guess this problem is related with the resolution, therefore, can you help me change the resolution or suggest other solution to this problem? Comsol file of my wire is attached.

Regards,
Akim

Dear Akim,

I had a similar problem (poor graphical resolution). I increased the graphical "Detail" from "Normal" to "Fine", this solved my problem (you need to restart comsol 4.4 ):
- File -> Preferences->Graphics and Plot Windows -> Details

Hope it will help you !
