installation error due to .Net framework

In the vog was mentioned 2 fatal errors but it was also mentioned that the installation was complete. But when i try to open comsol 4.4 the following error message regarding .net framework comes. I have already installed the version of .net framework that the error message states but still it gives the same error message and does not open. also attatched is the snapshot of the error message. please help.
