Editing of a composit object in draw mode of comsol

Hi,

is there a good way to edit a composit object using comsol after creating a new geometry from a deformed mesh?

Is there a way to export/import geometry objects (such as composite objects) to/from dxf without any loss of model topology?

I use ALE to deforme my mesh. It works well but after some simulation periods I have to make some corrections to get a smooth contour again.
