Capacitance Calculation with prescribed acceleration boundary condition

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear All

I am trying to simulate a capacitance accelerometer in electromechanics module. I started with a basic 2D model. I am trying the to calculate Capacitance Vs Acceleration. I feel that the capacitance calculation (emi.C11) can done only with stationary study. I can't do the stationary analysis with acceleration boundary condition. But is it possible to do the stationary study when prescribed acceleration boundary condition is present? . Time-Dependent studying is giving results but I am not able to calculate the Capacitance (emi.C11). Please help to solve the issue.
