im just a beginner in comsol.
try this
use two models thermal stress and PZD
using ts change the temperature therby u can see change in displacement therfore piezoresistance can be calculated

yes... but i wanted to apply it directly. in linear elastic material, the option for thermal stress is already available but when piezoelectric devices is used, this option is not available. May be I should go for equations based on stress and input it into piezoelectric devices.

Did you figure out how to couple thermal stress with piezoelectric devices? I am also interested to know how this can be done on COMSOL. Thanks
