Effect of magnetic field on vibrating cantilever beam

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello everyone,

I'm a new user and I am currently facing a problem on simulating the effect of magnetic field on vibrating cantilever beam.

My model will include placing one permanent magnet on each side of the beam and placed above them is another permanent magnet that does not touch it but provides a repulsive force when it comes near. What I intend to simulate is the response of the beam under vibration and influence of the surrounding magnetic field.

I have read up on the tutorial of ACDC permanent magnet and damping effect of magnetic field on vibrating conducting solids but still could not do it.
Any advice/help on how to set the ACDC magnetic field settings/ magnetic flux conservation, etc?

Thank you for your time and any kind of help will be greatly appreciated.
