3D kretschmann plasmon excitation

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello fellow COMSOL users,

I'm quite new to COMSOL and have been trying a few basic nano-scale models to try and teach myself how to use it. I'm having a problem with my 3D Kretschmann configuration (glass-gold-air). It should scan through a range of polar angles and a reflectance dip should be visible when a plasmon is excited but I can't get it to run properly. I think the problem might be something to do with my boundary conditions since it runs when they're disabled. I've attached the model and any insight would be appreciated

Thanks in advance,
James
