Volume Integration Erroneous Results

Now, when I let the simulation run and try to calculate the amount of drug in the sphere by doing a volume integration, it completely gives errorneous result. Isn't this how the "volume integration" function in post-processing supposed to work? If I integrate concentration (mol/m3) over a volume, I should get the amount of drug in moles. I tried to integrate over at time=0, and even that is 10^-5 order different!
Any suggestions/comments?
Does the union/assembly during making geometry affect this?
Thanks
