rotation body in liquid and multiphysics

I want to simulate that a particle( few microns) rotating in a solution at very low speed( about pi/4 rad/s). The shear force from viscous solution and the torque applied on the particle are all coupled with the angular velocity of rotation and reaches equilibrium at some point. So my questions are:
1. I believe the flow around the particle is creeping( Stokes ) flow, however, in 3D it is tricky to use sliding wall as boundary for the rotating particle in the module of creeping flow since the velocity of any point on boundary is different. Instead of creeping flow module, the rotation machinery module can deal with it. But I'm afraid it is not for low speed. Which one should I use?
2.About the coupled dynamics, should I use the physics of mathematics?
